The site describes professional learning services offered by Brookside, including independent district workshops, coaching, and the Summer Workshop. Site content is provided for general informational purposes and is not a contract or offer of services.
Paid engagements
District coaching workshops, multi-visit cohorts, and Summer Workshop registration are governed by a separate written agreement or registration confirmation. Pricing, scope, dates, and refund terms are defined in those documents and supersede any general statements on the site.
Trademarks
IM®, IM Certified®, and Illustrative Mathematics® are trademarks of Illustrative Mathematics. Rosanne O'Donnell has been an IM Certified Facilitator since 2019. Brookside Math Education is an independent consulting practice.
Third-party materials
References to third-party curricula identify programs used by some of the educators Brookside supports. Third-party curriculum and professional-learning materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their applicable licenses and terms.

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. Brookside makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute arising from use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
