The site describes professional learning services offered by Brookside, including IM Math™ district coaching and the Summer Academy. Site content is provided for general informational purposes and is not a contract or offer of services.
Paid engagements
District coaching workshops, multi-visit cohorts, and Summer Academy registration are governed by a separate written agreement or registration confirmation. Pricing, scope, dates, and refund terms are defined in those documents and supersede any general statements on the site.
Trademarks
“IM” and “Illustrative Mathematics” are trademarks of Illustrative Mathematics. Rosanne O'Donnell is an IM Certified Facilitator. Brookside Math Education is an independent practice and is not owned by, controlled by, or endorsed beyond that certification.
No warranty
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. Brookside makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute arising from use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
