This notice describes what personal information Brookside Math Education, Inc. (“Brookside,” “we”) collects when you use brooksidematheducation.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you fill out a form on this site (district workshop inquiry, Summer Academy waitlist, or general contact) we collect the information you provide — typically name, email, role, district or school, and any message text. Forms are powered by HubSpot, which processes the submission on our behalf.
- Aggregate site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors across sites. We see aggregate page-view and performance data only.
How we use it
Information you submit through a form is used to respond to your inquiry and, if relevant, to follow up about coaching engagements or the Summer Academy. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the site and respond to inquiries: HubSpot (forms and CRM), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), and Google Workspace (email). Each acts as a processor under its own terms and privacy policy.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing rosanne@brooksidematheducation.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this notice as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
